Terms & Conditions
Please read the following carefully before making an order. By purchasing a ticket you agree on behalf of all the ticket holders and yourself, the purchaser, to the following terms and to take on the advice below.
Walk tickets must be bought in advance and your confirmation email presented at the start of the walk. One ticket must be purchased per person walking with us on the tour.
Tickets are offered by MS Photography Ltd (company number 07540431) whose registered address is 23 Cottingham Way, Thrapston, Kettering, Northants, NN14 4PL.
Tickets are processed and payments for services are made through Eventbrite (www.eventbrite.co.uk). Ticket prices are subject to a booking fee payable to Eventbrite. In the event of a full or partial refund, this will be handled through Eventbrite.
Our walks are timed so you can capture photographs during daylight hours (except in the case of any specific Night Photography Walk) and commence at the time specified in your joining instructions (normally 10am). Please arrive promptly at least 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE STATED START TIME as our tours will leave the meeting point at the time listed. If you miss the start of a walk we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join us and you will not be refunded. If possible please advise us if you feel you will miss the start of the walk on 07551 632 709 as you may join us further into the walk.
Please bring a fully charged camera, charged spare batteries, if you need them, and sufficient memory card space or film. Daytime walks will not require a tripod. Bring one if you wish but please note many establishments and organisations on private land may prohibit the use of tripods.
Toilet or washroom facilities may require a payment of 20p, 50p or 1 Euro so please bring some small change for access. Please note that should you wish to take photographs in Southwark Cathedral (The South Bank Walk) there is a charge of £1 to purchase a photography permit. Entry is subject to local COVID restrictions.
Please be aware that entry into museums, church buildings, galleries, etc may be subject to a bag search and access may be withheld or restricted due to local COVID restrictions.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Walks are between 4.5 and 6.5 miles so please make sure you are capable of walking this distance comfortably before booking. There will be opportunities to purchase drinks and snacks on the walk but you may wish to bring your own. Be COVID safe. Please wear a face covering (masks on public transport are mandatory) and bring hand sanitizer (I will provide sanitizer should you forget). If you are able to do so please wash hands when leaving public transport and before you join the walk.
Walks will be held in rain or shine (Lights reflecting in wet pavements and moody skies make for great images) and refunds will not be provided due to the weather unless it is decided it is unsafe before the walk has commenced. We recommend bringing sun cream and a hat in the summer, a warm coat, scarf and gloves in the winter and a lightweigh rain mac or poncho all year round in the event of a sudden shower.
Walks start and end at a London undergroud station or Dockland Light Railway station (all part of the same network). Please ensure you have the means to make your return journey. Links for maps and TFL Journey Planner can be found in the FAQ section.
In line with consumer distance selling regulations, any purchase of a tour made online may be cancelled up to 14 days from the point of sale (as long as the tour has not already taken place). Outside of this, we are not able to make any refunds unless the tour is cancelled by us. In these rare circumstances we will either refund the full amount paid or book you on the same tour on another date, or a different tour on another date, under the same terms.
You are responsible for your own safety, COVID protection, well being and possessions at all times and MS Photography Ltd and its representatives do not accept any liability for any injury, accident or loss that may occur during a walk. Please ensure you have the correct level of personal and possessions insurance to suit your needs and all claims must be settled directly with your insurers.
Photographs and video of attendees may be taken during our walks. By taking part in the walk you agree to allow us to use the images for promotion and commercial purposes. If for any reason you wish for an image of yourself to be removed please contact us directly and we will happily oblige.
If you have any special needs that may require the presence of a helper or that hinder your ability to travel around London’s streets at a reasonable pace for 4+ hours please contact us directly and we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements.
